Refund Policy

1. Overview
Old Photo To New Photo sells digital photo restoration credits. Because credits provide access to digital services, refund eligibility depends on whether the purchased credits have been used and whether the service was delivered correctly.
2. Unused Credits
You may request a refund for unused credits within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are reviewed against your account activity and the original payment record. If a refund is approved, the refunded credits may be removed from your account.
3. Used Credits and Completed Restorations
Credits that have already been used for completed photo restoration tasks are generally not refundable. If a restoration fails due to a technical error and no result is delivered, we may return the related credit to your account or offer another reasonable remedy.
4. Payment Provider Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, card issuer, bank, or wallet service.
5. Abuse and Chargebacks
We may decline refund requests that involve misuse, repeated refund abuse, suspicious payment activity, or violations of our Terms of Service. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in removal of related credits or temporary account restrictions.
